These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, online booking system, communications, and mobile mechanic offerings.
By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided
Johnny on the Go Auto Care provides mobile automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and light repair services at the customer’s location. All services are subject to technician availability, service area limitations, and vehicle eligibility requirements.
We service:
Model-year 2010 or newer vehicles
Under 180,000 miles
Mainstream U.S. and supported import brands
We do NOT service:
Vehicles older than 2010
Vehicles over 180,000 miles
Mini Cooper, Land Rover, Fiat, or unsupported European models
Engine, transmission, or clutch replacements
Wiring repairs, programming, or frame work
Motorcycles, mopeds, RVs, or generators
We reserve the right to decline any service request that falls outside our capabilities or safety standards.
2. Online Booking
Customers may book services through our website at johnnyonthegoautocare.com.
By booking online, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Save a valid payment method on file
Confirm your appointment details
Ensure the vehicle is in a safe, accessible location
Appointment availability is subject to change. Bookings may be rescheduled in the event of weather, safety issues, or unexpected technician delays.
3. Payment Terms
A valid credit or debit card is required to book an appointment.
No cash payments are accepted.
Diagnostic fees are due upon completion of the diagnostic service.
Additional labor and parts must be approved by the customer before work begins.
Final charges will be processed upon completion of service.
Unpaid or disputed charges may result in appointment cancellation or refusal of future service.
4. Pricing
Diagnostic fee: $150 (or $200 for 2018+ Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram models)
Standard labor: $150/hour
European labor: $175/hour
Prices may vary based on vehicle type, location, parts availability, and service needs.
All prices are before tax.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide access to the vehicle
Ensure the location is safe for a technician to work
Disclose known issues or modifications
Approve or decline additional repairs
Avoid operating the vehicle if unsafe
We are not responsible for damage caused by unsafe vehicle operation prior to or after our visit.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in fees or refusal of future service.
7. SMS, Email, and Automated Communication Consent
By contacting us, booking online, or providing your phone number, you consent to receive:
Appointment confirmations
Service updates
Follow-up messages
Limited promotional messages
Customer support replies
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
Reply HELP for assistance.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
8. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect customer information required to:
Schedule appointments

9. Service Limitations
Our services may be affected by:
Weather conditions
Unsafe vehicle locations
Unforeseen mechanical complications

Parts availability
We reserve the right to decline, modify, or stop service at any time if a technician determines that conditions are unsafe or the repair is outside mobile repair capabilities.
10. Liability Disclaimer
Johnny on the Go Auto Care is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Damage caused by corrosion, rust, age, or prior improper repairs
Failures unrelated to the services performed
Loss of personal items in the vehicle
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
11. Referral Policy
If a repair exceeds what can be safely performed as a mobile service, we may refer customers to an independent repair shop.
We do not guarantee the quality or pricing of third-party businesses.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
